- Cabling & Patching: Inspect, trace, test, and re-patch copper (Cat5e/Cat6) or fiber-optic cabling to resolve physical layer connectivity failures.
- Console Access: Connect a laptop via console cable to network devices to provide remote engineering teams with direct CLI access for configuration and diagnostics.

- Communication: Must have a smartphone with an active messaging/calling app (such as WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams) to maintain real-time communication with the remote support team.
- Professionalism: Adhere to all on-site safety, ticketing, and check-in/check-out reporting protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in IT field support, network engineering, or desktop/infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs) and physical infrastructure.
- Experience working with major enterprise hardware vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, HPE, Aruba).
- Ability to work independently under the guidance of remote technical leads.
- Must be locally based in the target area with immediate or flexible availability for dispatch.
