- 2-5 years of related work experience in a financial services business environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- A desire to learn about Investment Functions and identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Working knowledge of Mendix, Python, and SQL.
- Some understanding of Investments front office.
- Some knowledge of investments including bonds and derivatives.
