Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order to Cash (OTC) Manager with strong experience in SAP implementations to join our Process & Projects team. The role will report to our Order to Cash Global Process Owner and support key OTC teams such as Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable & Credit and Revenue Accounting. The position will also require close partnership with stakeholder teams such as Finance, Internal & External Audit, Sales Operations, Monetization, Tax, Legal and more.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end OTC process design, documentation, testing, and deployment activities during our SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will be results & deadline driven, have a solid understanding of OTC processes, have hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA), and use a collaborative, organized approach to achieve cross-functional deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the OTC process subject matter expert (SME) throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live support).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure as-is OTC process documentation is complete & understood. Support to-be process documentation efforts as needed.
- Work with functional & technical teams to ensure OTC system requirements are accurately captured and configured in SAP.
- Participate in or lead BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) & UAT (User Acceptance Testing), integration testing, and data validation / reconciliation to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, cash application, and financial posting.
- Support data migration efforts and provide insights on master data related to customers, pricing, and contracts.
- Identify and help resolve process and system issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Assist in training and change management initiatives to ensure business readiness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the order to cash function in ad hoc project and system design initiatives for strategic company initiatives and go to market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Required Skills
- 5 years experience in OTC processes, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and integration with MM, FI, and CRM.
- Experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced company, ideally in the Software and Hardware industry.
- Experience managing business process documentation, especially creating process flows for end-to-end processes. Experience using LucidChart a plus.
- Experience with multiple business models such as SaaS, on-premise licenses, hardware and services.
- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner with all levels of management and be able to relay their needs and perspectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Great organization skills, to be able to self-manage and prioritize several different activities in parallel.
- Experience working with systems including NetSuite, SFDC and Zuora a plus.
