Backend .NET Developer
Hybrid to the office (NO RELOCATION)

- Backend: .NET 6–8, C# (legacy support with .NET Framework 4.8)

- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitLab

You are a Perfect Match If You:
- Have strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
- Love creating clean, robust, and maintainable code.
- Are passionate about RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures.
- Have a strong grasp of relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
- Enjoy working collaboratively, communicating clearly, and solving problems effectively.
- Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above).
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger).
- Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize your coding workflow, such as AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, or generative AI tools.
- Proficiency in languages such as Russian, Romanian, or Spanish (any of these would be a fantastic plus!).
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
