Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure operational efficiency.
- Operate converting equipment utilizing skills to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and effectively while adhering to OSHA standards.
- Oversee shipping & receiving activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Experience
- Skilled in operating material handling equipment including forklifts and RF scanners;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with logistics processes such as shipping & receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment operation is advantageous.
- Some heavy lifting required.
