Management Analyst I

TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst I to provide financial analysis support to a U.S. Navy program office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed policy analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of existing organizational policies and procedures.
• Analyze data related to business operations, personnel management, and government contracts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with community, student, and social program teams to integrate insights and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes to enhance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing support to a DoD/DON acquisition program office desired. 
• Bachelor’s degree. 
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
