Tech Mahindra is looking for a Consulting Cloud Architect specialized in Google Cloud Platform to help our customers design and implement innovative cloud solutions. If you have deep technical expertise in GCP and can translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures while providing strategic guidance, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Design comprehensive GCP architecture solutions aligned with client business objectives and technical requirements
• Create reference architectures, migration strategies, and technical roadmaps for GCP adoption
• Advise clients on GCP service selection, best practices, and cloud governance frameworks
• Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews with stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs
• Work across the full spectrum of GCP services including compute, storage, networking, data, AI, and security

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing GCP solutions at enterprise scale
• Deep knowledge of GCP services, architectural patterns, and Google's Cloud Architecture Framework
• Strong understanding of GCP security, compliance, governance, and cost optimization
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Deployment Manager, Terraform), DevOps, and modern application architectures
• Ability to balance technical solutions with business requirements and provide strategic guidance
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders

An ideal candidate would demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Understanding current architecture and design principles of Databricks echo system
• Handson experience with Managing and securing data assets in Databricks using Unity Catalog.
• Understanding Monitoring and observability using Datadog.
• Handson experience with Python / Pyspark scripts for data processing and analysis.
• Deep understanding of the datasets being used.
• Experience of Version control with GitHub and automating workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline configurations.
• Knowledge of current AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Databricks Assistant being used
• Good understanding of transactional and dimensional data models

The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
