- Facilitate research sessions with recruited participants from the general public.
- Guide participants through interviewing and testing that adhere to client protocol guidelines.
- Collect accurate, unbiased data while ensuring participant safety and privacy.
- Adhere to security guidelines to properly deliver collected data efficiently and to the highest quality that is in accordance with project expectations.
