What are the responsibilities and job description for the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) position at Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc.?
Scope of Services:
• Conduct IQC checks on incoming samples based on defined Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) inspection levels
• Issue Lot acceptance/Non Conformance Report - Supplier Corrective Action Report (NCR-SCAR) for good/bad incoming lots
• Follow up with Supplier Quality Engineering services (SQE) team for supplier Root Cause (RC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Maintain Failed Parts Tracker (FPT) provided by Wing
• Provide disposition recommendation for Product Quality Engineer Material Review Board (PQE MRB) meeting
• Maintain Quarantine area with 5S protocols
• Support the logistics team with flexible, priority-driven execution. Responsibilities include dynamically shifting daily work orders from routine IQC inspection to urgent part containment and inventory
• Support the OQC service on a secondary-priority basis during low-volume periods as directed by Wing
• Maintain the electronic - Quality Management System (e-QMS) for all IQC data and Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR)
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
