What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Tech Made Easy?

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and return phone calls, including providing repair updates
- Assist with sales, helping customers find the right solutions
- Check in devices for repair
- Conduct training sessions with customers
- Coordinate projects and follow up on assigned tasks
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries quickly
On the job training provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with Apple, Samsung, and Google devices (as a user, not a tech)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Must be available during the day & on weekends
Hours: 15-20/week
Pay starts at $15.05/hour
