What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repair Technician/Sales Associate position at Tech Made Easy?
Tech Made Easy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to join us! This position is for a repair technician. The position will be a mix of repairs AND customer service.
On the job training provided including Apple Repair certification.
What You’ll Do:
- Repair phones & computers including screen replacement, battery replacement, virus/malware removal, system restore, etc.
- Check-in devices for repair or diagnostics
- Assist customers with questions about their device
- Answer and return phone calls; call customer’s with repair updates
- Assist customers who are wanting to purchase a device from the sales floor
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a professional setting repairing phones & computers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Business hours are 10-6 so you must be available during this time.
Hours: 15-20/week
Pay starts at $15.05/hour. Once you can complete assigned repairs independently, pay will increase to $15.25.
