Overview:
The Cybersecurity Program & Delivery Leader will be responsible for overall cybersecurity revenue growth, client relationship management, and program governance across multiple accounts. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network, Cloud, Data Security, GRC, MDR, etc.), strong delivery management skills, and the ability to influence strategy, lead teams, and mentor future cybersecurity leaders. The leader will work closely with global delivery partners, sales, and presales teams to achieve business outcomes and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own overall cybersecurity revenue growth, including upsell, cross-sell, and achievement of revenue targets.
- Forecast and track revenue performance; ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Serve as overall owner and accountable leader for cybersecurity program delivery across multiple accounts.
- Partner with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless program execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; establish regular governance connects (including QBRs).
- Drive delivery excellence and ensure CSS target achievement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales on RFIs/RFPs, ensuring scope alignment with statements of work.
- Develop program delivery plans, including resource loading, onboarding, and ramp-up strategies.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business reviews.
- Enable rapid ramp-up of teams using internal, external, and trainee pools.
- Ensure team readiness through proper preparation, training, and skills alignment.
- Facilitate a culture of learning, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor, guide, and groom future cybersecurity leaders within the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Drive innovation, improvements, and relationship-building across delivery and business functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 16 years of experience in cybersecurity delivery, operations, consulting, and revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industries.
- Expertise in two or more domains: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Cloud Security, Data Security; good knowledge of others including GRC and MDR.
- Professional certifications: CISSP and/or CCSP.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage all levels of customer organizations.
- Proven ability to lead RFP defenses, solution discussions, and customer engagements.
- Experience working in a global delivery model.
- Business acumen with a customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive win-win outcomes.
