This role focuses exclusively on B2B enterprise software, not consumer-facing products. You'll work on workflow optimization, data visualization, administrative interfaces, and enterprise platforms where functionality, efficiency, and user productivity are paramount.Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive interfaces for internal business applications, admin panels, dashboards, and enterprise tools used by employees, operations teams, and business usersCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows involving data entry, reporting, analytics, and system administrationCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutionsEstablish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for internal application consistencyConduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing with internal users to understand pain points and optimize workflowsDesign responsive interfaces that work across desktop and tablet environments where internal users operateOptimize information architecture and navigation for applications with extensive feature sets and user permissionsPartner with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementationRequired Skills:5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years focused on internal applications, enterprise software, or B2B toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating complex internal applications, admin interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise tools (no consumer apps required)Expert-level proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and component library managementDeep understanding of information architecture, workflow design, and designing for efficiency and productivityExperience designing for complex data tables, forms, filters, multi-step workflows, and role-based permissionsStrong grasp of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentExcellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather requirements from business stakeholderNice to have:Experience with design systems and component-based design methodologiesBackground in data visualization and analytics dashboard designFamiliarity with Salesforce, enterprise CRM platforms, or ERP systemsKnowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of technical constraintsExperience with user research methodologies and usability testing in enterprise environmentTechnical Skills and Tools:Design Tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, SketchPrototyping: Figma prototyping, interactive mockupsCollaboration: Jira, Confluence, Miro, SlackDocumentation: Design specs, style guides, component documentationEmployment type:Corp to corp (C2C) preferred or contractTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
