Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading solution, application, or enterprise architecture for complex, distributed systems, preferably in IT or healthcare-related environments.
- Strong skills in system design, integration patterns, API design, data modeling, and cloud or hybrid architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical designs, and presenting architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience establishing and enforcing technical standards, best practices, security guidelines, and architectural governance frameworks.
- Hands-on background with modern development practices (e.g., microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, containerization) and awareness of performance, scalability, and reliability trade-offs.
- Ability to mentor and coach engineers, provide constructive code and design reviews, and promote a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
- Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud architect certifications) and experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments are beneficial.
