Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad
- SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules, Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing
- CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows)
- Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations)
- Simulate real-world enterprise workloads including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios.
- Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:
- Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear go/no-go recommendations.
