Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair phones, computers, and gaming consoles
- Perform basic troubleshooting and device diagnostics
- Accurately update customer repair tickets and complete required data entry
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently
- Use the POS system correctly for transactions, ticket updates, and customer records
- Communicate repair status and updates clearly with customers
- Manage and track purchase orders and parts as needed
- Refurbish in-house devices following company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Follow company guidelines and safety procedures
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of phone, computer, and gaming console repair

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
