ABOUT THE JOB
The Facilities Data and Systems Intern for the Facilities Department will support maintenance module data entry and debugging. The intern will be responsible for gathering missing data, creating upload files for Epicor (ERP System), conducting trial runs, and assisting with training. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Epicor’s facilities management modules while ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvements within the department.
SHIFT: 1ST . Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm (Summer Fridays).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect data from tools and equipment
- Verify data is correct and formatted for import into Epicor
- Import into Epicor and error check/ fill in missing data
- Run test scenarios to ensure maintenance module is functioning properly
- Collaborate with finance to establish asset tracking and depreciation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Excel
- Data checking attention to detail
- Ability to research data from factory and online Understanding of ERP/MRP software
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
- Walking bending and step stool/ladders in the factory environment
- Computer data entry in an office environment
