You’ll engage most regularly with campaign leads, design project managers, designers, copywriters, the social media team, and paid media leads to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.

As a Senior Specialist, you’ll coordinate high-priority campaigns and support brand governance, ensuring Bain’s brand is applied consistently and effectively. You’ll turn campaign goals into actionable briefs, insights, and deliverables—keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and opportunities for greater efficiency and impact front of mind. This is a one-year contract role.

You’ll Work On
Campaign Support & Coordination (30%)
- Join campaign kickoff and planning calls, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
- Draft campaign briefs that capture goals, audiences, key messages, and asset needs.
- Independently monitor campaign progress, making sure creative work feels consistent across all assets and channels.
- Collaborate with Bain’s Brand Studio and other marketing centers of excellence (design, copywriting, social, video, paid media, web, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Proactively communicate updates and facilitate alignment across stakeholders.
- Become an expert in Bain’s brand identity and strategy, including brand voice and architecture.
- Help maintain governance documentation and brand materials, including the Bain “Intro Deck,” the internal brand center site, and key brand training resources.
- Advise stakeholders on brand governance issues (logos, trademarking, co-branding, naming) and escalate when brand integrity is at risk.
- Refine and document briefing templates, handoff processes, and campaign workflows to improve speed and clarity.
- Identify and recommend workflow enhancements to reduce rework and increase impact.
- Take ownership for implementing agreed process improvements and share learnings with the broader team.
- Conduct competitive research and benchmark analyses to inform creative briefs and best practices.
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations that inform campaign and brand decisions.
- Support with presentation decks, message frameworks, or light copywriting.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, draft briefs, or summarize campaign insights.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing/communications, humanities, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in a professional services or agency environment, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and deliverables.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills—comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear ideas and present them effectively to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Familiarity with marketing and collaboration tools such as Kapost, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to independently drive work forward with minimal supervision.
- B2B brand strategy or brand copywriting experience.
- Experience with brand governance and marketing campaign planning.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing workflows.

- In Dallas, TX, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time base salary range for this role is between $74,000-88,500; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- In Chicago, IL, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time base salary range for this role is between $77,500-$93,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- In Boston, MA, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time base salary range for this role is between $81,000-97,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- For all other locations, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus
