  • Support crisis and issues management strategy development and handling of unfavorable media requests in collaboration with PR leadership
  • Analyze campaign performance and media impact and provide recommendations to inform future strategy
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to overall team capability building

About You

  • 6–8 years’ experience in a communications-related field, at a PR agency and/or in a communications role within the consulting or professional services industries
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing multi-channel external PR programs
  • Strong working relationships with editors and journalists at top publications (e.g., Financial Times, Economist, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, Fortune, Forbes, Reuters, CNBC)

  • Ability to manage multiple media requests and high-priority initiatives across geographies and stakeholders concurrently
  • Superior writing and editorial skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and research into compelling stories that drive engagement
  • Strong understanding of media dynamics; experience as a journalist or broadcast producer is a plus
  • Professional presence and experience necessary to interact with partners as a peer
  • Proven track record of securing high-value, earned media coverage in top-tier publications
  • Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills
