Bookkeeper
Job Type: Full-time or Part Time, in office
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
Position Summary:
Tech Check has been experiencing rapid growth over the past two years. The bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting in the daily entries and accounting duties. Work is performed primarily in person at the main office. However, some flexibility for hours and remote work may be allowed.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
- Work in conjunction with CPA and company management.
- Detail orientated with data entry.
- Assist in paperwork from various divisions of the company.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
- Some scanning of paperwork and filing will be required.
- Organization of virtual files in the share drive.
- Confidential information will be shared and needs to stay confidential.
- Assist in Inventory counts and inventory organization.
- Quick study on the different software we use.
Requirements:
- AA Degree requested but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Accounting and QuickBooks Online
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Detail-oriented
Required Experience:
- 1 years of accounting or finance related experience
- Experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years of accounting or finance related experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Advanced Reporting
- Skilled in business management or growth strategies
Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:
- Bookkeeping Experience
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
