Overview
Troubleshoot, replace, and repair common issues with laser printers and copiers. This is done from the field, often in the customer's office.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- M~F, 8:30~ 4:15pm
- Read and follow service manual instructions to troubleshoot error codes
- Use common tools, such as screwdrivers, vacuums, and spring hooks.
- Monitor DCAs and update Helpdesk status
- Communicate process with end users
- Order parts, as needed
- Understand or learn basic network connectivity in respects to IP Address / Email settings
- Manage inventory levels and organize parts
- Ability to lift and carry desktop printers of about 60 pounds
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of network terms plus a common sense of mechanical aptitude. On site training is provided.
You will be issued a work van. A good driving record with NO DUI or AT FAULT accidents (3 years) is required.
Customer service is our #1 priority. Our customer base is nearly all repeat customers.
