Project Manager (3. Sr. Manager): Scope of Work The Contractor must provide all services and deliverables pursuant to the FWC requirements identified in this SOW. The selected applicant(s) will be expected to perform some combination of the following tasks:
1)Provide project management support for the agency IT efforts that include rule Florida Administrative Code(FAC) 60GG-1 defined projects, agency initiatives, and Operation and Maintenance (ONM) activities.
2)Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing, and monitoring work efforts,and identifying resource needs.
3)Provide overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work.
4)Facilitate collecting, validating, and documenting both functional and system requirements from the business,program and technical staff.
5)Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources based onrequirements and performance.
6)Provide oversight of the change management process for projects
Ensuring quality review is completed by identified stakeholders.
8)Responsible for escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues.
9)Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resourcesof the work effort being managed.
10)Work with agency staff to acquire vendor services as required.
11)Ensure all project activities comply with reporting requirements in rule FAC 60GG-1, based on project type,size, and complexity.
12)Comply with and enforce all agency policies, procedures, and security policies.
13)Remote work for this position is contemplated but must be available for initial on-site setup and regularmeetings at FWC offices in Tallahassee, Florida. Local/Regional candidates preferred.

Qualification Requirements for Contractor: Education and Experience
1.Education level: bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, oranother related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successfulcompletion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
2.Project management experience: 10 years of IT work experience, including 10 or more years managingprojects in multiple technologies and functions.
3.IT management experience: 10 years' experience in IT management to include at least two of the followingareas: application development and support, website administration, customer support, or infrastructuresupport.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level or certification on a year-for-year basis and additional relevant education may substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
