What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Tech Army, LLC?
i. Oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery.
ii. Coordinate between different teams and stakeholders, ensuring adequate resources are available and project is on schedule and adhering to scope and budget
iii. Monitor staffing levels throughout the project and adjust as needed.
iv. Confirm that staffing activities align with project timelines and contractual requirements.
v. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
vi. 3 years of project management experience. Experience managing large-scale software implementation projects. Experience managing multiple projects or programs, Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions. Experience documenting technical and business requirement specifications.
vii. Possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
viii. Understands complex web-based computer applications and has the ability to guide programming staff through projects.
ix. Ability to document business and technical requirements and processes that can be understood and used by other technical staff.
