The Director of Leadership Talent Acquisition will own the full lifecycle recruitment strategy and execution for all leadership, executive, and key salaried roles across the organization. This role is a critical partner to the business—working hand-in-hand with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and win top talent that fits both the role and the culture.

This leader will also play a key role in developing our Talent Acquisition team—coaching and elevating Talent Acquisition Specialists while acting as a strategic bridge between the recruiting team and senior leadership.
This position reports directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Executive Recruiting

- Own end-to-end recruitment for all leadership, executive, and key salaried roles
 - Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs beyond the resume—focusing on culture fit, coachability, and long-term impact
 - Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-impact talent
 - Lead high-touch candidate experiences that position Tech 24 as an employer of choice
 - Drive urgency and accountability in filling critical roles without sacrificing quality

Strategic Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders across the organization
 - Challenge and guide leaders on what “great” looks like—not just what’s easiest to hire
 - Help shift mindset from “filling roles” to building a winning team
 - Influence hiring decisions with data, insight, and market knowledge
 - Anticipate talent needs and build pipelines ahead of demand

Team Leadership & Talent Acquisition Partnership

- Serve as a strategic bridge between Talent Acquisition Specialists and the VP of Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution
 - Partner with leadership and hiring managers to drive recruiting strategy, not just requisition fulfillment
 - Coach and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists to elevate overall recruiting capability and effectiveness
 - Provide guidance on best-in-class recruiting practices, interviewing, and candidate experience
 - Act as a day-to-day resource and escalation point for the recruiting team
 - Create consistency, structure, and accountability across recruiting processes
 - Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture focused on building winning teams

 - Hiring managers view TA as a strategic partner, not a transactional function
 - Strong pipelines exist for critical roles before they are open
 - Candidates leave the process wanting to join Tech 24—even if not selected
 - TA Specialists are more confident, capable, and effective in their roles

Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on leadership/executive recruiting
 - Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions
 - Experience coaching or leading recruiting team members
 - Strong business acumen and ability to understand operational needs
 - Track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies
 - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
