Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, basic macOS/Linux issues.
- Deploy software, patches, and updates using SCCM/Intune/Ivanti.
- Handle user accounts, password resets via Active Directory / Azure AD.
- Basic network troubleshooting: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow/Remedy/JIRA.
- Support hardware issues, part replacements, conference room devices.
- Maintain documentation and follow IT security policies.
Skills Required
- Strong Windows troubleshooting; OS installation & imaging.
- Knowledge of AD, O365, MFA, endpoint security tools.
- Good understanding of networking basics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred
- Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python), macOS support, cloud basics (Azure/AWS).
- Certifications: A , Network , ITIL (optional).
