Payrate: Monthly on W2
Duration: Full-Time / Onsite
Certification: CCNA preferred/required
Job Description
Provide hands-on Level 2 Data Center support for data-center servers, network equipment, racks, cabling, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity issues, perform break/fix, equipment installation/replacement, and support deployments and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years Data Center / Server / Infrastructure Support
- Server hardware troubleshooting & break/fix
- Rack & stack, installation and decommissioning
- Basic networking: TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs
- Fiber/copper cabling, tracing & labeling
- Server components: HDD/SSD, RAM, PSU, NIC, etc.
- Hardware replacement and diagnostics
- Asset/inventory management
- Ticketing systems / ServiceNow
- Linux or Windows Server basics
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation
- Comfortable working onsite in a 24×7 data-center environment

- Cisco/Arista/Juniper
- iDRAC/iLO
- VMware
- PXE/network boot
- SFP/fiber troubleshooting
- CCNA / CompTIA certifications
- Hyperscale data-center experience
