Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Center Engineer with experience in handling data center operations, hardware support, and basic network troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting servers, cabling, rack & stack activities, and coordinating with remote teams for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily data center operations
- Perform rack and stack of servers, switches, and other hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues
- Handle cabling, patching, and connectivity checks
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during maintenance activities
- Monitor power, cooling, and overall data center health
- Support incident management and troubleshooting activities
- Maintain proper documentation of activities and changes
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and networking
- Experience with data center operations and hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of switches, routers, and cabling
- Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
