Onsite IT Support Engineer – End User Support & Smart Hands
We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands/eyes services.
Locations: Longmont, CO
Contract: October 5, 2026 – April 1, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM local time; occasional Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop/end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform smart hands/eyes activities, including equipment installation, replacement, cabling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support IT equipment and peripherals such as laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and network devices.
- Document incidents, service requests, and activities in the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with remote IT teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 2 years of onsite/desktop/field IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with hardware, Windows, peripherals, and basic networking.
- Ability to work independently at a client site.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
