Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support
- Hands-on experience supporting laptops, desktops, iOS & Android devices
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation
- Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination
- IT asset/stock management and monthly audits
- ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred
- Google Workspace experience
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred
- Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices
