We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in desktop support, this is a great opportunity to advance your career!
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
πΉ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
πΉ Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
πΉ Support Windows OS, Office 365, and enterprise applications
πΉ Handle Active Directory (user accounts, access, password resets)
πΉ Diagnose VPN and connectivity issues
πΉ Collaborate with L3 teams for complex problem resolution
β Required Skills:
βοΈ Strong experience in Windows 10/11 environments
βοΈ Hands-on with Office 365, Outlook, Teams
βοΈ Knowledge of Active Directory & networking basics
βοΈ Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
βοΈ Excellent communication & customer handling skills
π― Preferred:
β CompTIA A , ITIL, or Microsoft certifications
β Experience in enterprise IT support
