Job Title: Part-time Bookkeeper
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management
· Collaborate with the TEC Accountant to process financial transactions using QuickBooks (online or desktop).
· Handle general bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and other in-house financial functions.
· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
· Proficient in QuickBooks (online or desktop).
· Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
· Skilled in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Able to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team.
· Able to handle confidential client information with discretion.
· Availability to work 10-20 hours per week.
· Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
Pay: $18.50 - $25.75 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
