Role Description The Mechanical Assembler role is a full-time, on-site position based in Oxford, MA. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role involves using hand and power tools to perform tasks such as fastening, fitting, and securing parts, as well as conducting basic inspections to ensure proper function and alignment. Mechanical Assemblers may assist with light electromechanical assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting of minor assembly issues. The position requires collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules, maintain a clean and safe work area, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Assembly skills, including reading and following assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

- Candidates should possess basic Soldering skills for small components and connections, following safety and quality standards.
