Boba Barista at TeaStori

We are searching for two part time (20 hours) barista to join our 12 person strong team. Our ideal candidate absolutely need to have a positive attitude, friendly, polite, attentive, motivated, respectful and responsible person. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests. Note: this position’s compensation includes hourly and tips.

Responsibilities

· Greet customers and make them feel welcome

· Answer any questions the customers may have & provide suggestions as needed.

· Prepare cold drinks in accordance with customer needs.

· Maintain a clean and safe work for colleagues and patrons.

· Respond to all customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Qualifications

· Friendly attitude even when dealing with colleagues and patrons.

· Proven working experience as a barista.

· High integrity with a great attendance record.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to listen and communicate effectively.

· Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs.

· Ability to problem solve quickly with concerns that customers may have.

· Possess a very positive and serious work ethics which support our values and culture.

· Must be available for nights and weekends.

Starting pay is $11/hr for 2 weeks training. After training, tipped wage starts at $8.75/hr tips with a 25 cent pay raise after 30 day evaluation. 3-4 pay raise & evaluation per year between 25 to 50 cent each. Our average employee makes $14/hr - $20/hr with tips.'
