About the Role (Full-Time • B2B B2C • Klaviyo • Blogs • Creative Design)
We are seeking a full-time Email Marketing, Copywriting & Creative Content Specialist to lead our email and written content ecosystem. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization for Klaviyo campaigns and automations, while also producing high-impact blog posts, product storytelling, and visual assets. This role blends creative writing, design, and performance analytics to support both B2B wholesale growth and B2C customer engagement.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Phoenix office.
Responsibilities
- Fully own Klaviyo email production: strategy, copywriting, design, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and optimization
- Write polished, SEO-informed blog content supporting both product education and brand authority across B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop conversion-driven copy across email, product launches, retention flows, promotional campaigns, and evergreen content
- Create on-brand email graphics, layouts, and supporting assets for digital channels
- Manage segmentation and personalization logic to drive targeted messaging
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve content, creative, and conversion
- Track and analyze performance analytics, delivering insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally on seasonal campaigns, content calendars, and brand messaging
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support additional creative, copywriting, and digital marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in email marketing, copywriting, or digital content creation
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, email automation strategy, and segmentation
- Strong copywriting skills across long-form and short-form content
- Solid graphic design abilities (Canva required; Adobe Suite or Figma strongly preferred)
- Experience analyzing performance data and applying insights to improve content
- Ability to balance B2B and B2C messaging with clarity and brand consistency
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Bonus: SEO skills, CRM experience, SMS marketing familiarity
