What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day workflow, ensuring teams understand their tasks and keep production “on the boil.”
- Set priorities, goals, and timelines that align with our recipe for operational success.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen skills and boost performance.
- Oversee timekeeping and personnel records with accuracy and accountability.
- Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues—keeping downtime and conflict off the menu.
- Act as the key link between frontline teams and upper leadership.
- Create and deliver performance reports that help drive business results.
- Recommend rewards, development opportunities, and corrective actions when needed.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal guidelines, and company policies.
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in leading, training, and motivating teams.
- Solid understanding of company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Diploma/Certificate in first-line management; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- High school diploma required.
