Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative, located in Columbus, OH. The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining a professional and client-focused approach. Duties include client outreach, fostering strong communication with key accounts, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a professional approach to representing the company
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and sales tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in property restoration or related industries is a plus
