We are looking primarily for a Bubble Tea Assistant Store Manager, prior food/beverage industry experience is required, especially at prior bubble tea chains.

Duties

• Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and quality standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive experience
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments efficiently
• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness to meet food safety standards
• Assist in supervising staff schedules, training new team members, and motivating the team to deliver excellent service
• Maintain food handling procedures, ensure proper beverage presentation, and uphold health regulations at all times
• Support sales goals through engaging upselling techniques and fostering a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including drink service and non-alcoholic beverage techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Fujianese or Cantonese; fluency required
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing inventory counts
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
