- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs and create individualized intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral strategies and interventions within the classroom and school setting.
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Provide training and resources to staff on effective behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
- NJDOE CST certification and/or
- Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings, particularly with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive school environment.
