Teamworks Acton is a 65,000-square-foot sports and recreation facility featuring indoor and outdoor turf fields, the Teamworks Strength & Performance (TSP) gym, an outdoor pool, basketball court, full-service restaurant, arcade party room, and more.
We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Customer Service & Front Desk Associates. This position offers evening and weekend hours, opportunities for advancement, cross-training in various departments, and potential pathways to full-time employment.
Teamworks provides a wide range of programs and events, including:
- Adult sports leagues
- Youth sports leagues
- Camps and clinics
- Youth development programs
- Birthday parties
- Corporate events and team-building activities
- Special events and tournaments
Responsibilities
The Customer Service & Front Desk Associate will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
- Assist customers with registrations, memberships, bookings, and general inquiries.
- Operate and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and support 2-5 part-time staff members during assigned shifts.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
- Assist with concessions and restaurant operations as needed.
- Support daily facility operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
