Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing IT Applications Lead with 15 years of experience in enterprise application support, manufacturing IT, IT service management, and global service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

- • Own delivery and support of Manufacturing and Enterprise Applications.
- • Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and SLA compliance.
- • Technical Operations & Service Management
- • Lead Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Management.
- • Manage global L1/L2/L3 support and cross-functional technical teams.
- • Platform Integration & Transformation
- • Collaborate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, ERP/SAP, and vendors.
- • Drive automation, AI/GenAI, observability, and modernization initiatives.
- • Transition, Business & Client Leadership
- • Lead application transitions, operational readiness, and hypercare.
- • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to drive business outcomes..
- • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- • 15 or more years of progressive experience in application engineering, application services, managed services, IT delivery, or related enterprise technology roles.
- • Extensive experience supporting manufacturing and enterprise applications in complex, multi-site environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead global technical support, service improvement, transition, and transformation initiatives.
- • Strong understanding of IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, release, configuration, knowledge, and service-level management.
- • Proven expertise in application architecture, integration patterns, interfaces, databases, middleware, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, cloud services, and production support.
- • Experience with monitoring, observability, automation, performance engineering, high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and security controls.
- • Ability to analyze complex technical and operational problems, establish root cause, evaluate options, and drive durable solutions.
