Role Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Opcenter (Camstar) Developer with strong expertise in MES solutions to design, develop, and support manufacturing applications.
- The candidate will work closely with business, quality, and shop floor teams to deliver scalable and compliant MES solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Siemens Opcenter (Camstar) MES solutions
- Customize workflows, data models, and business logic based on manufacturing requirements
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate Opcenter with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PLC/SCADA, and other shop floor systems
- Support MES deployments, enhancements, and production issues (L2/L3 support)
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and ensure quality deliverables
- Maintain system documentation (URS, FRS, Design Specs)
- Ensure compliance with GxP / FDA / ISA-95 standards
- Participate in multi-site rollouts and global MES implementations
Essential Skilla:
- Strong hands-on experience in Camstar / Siemens Opcenter MES
- Experience in MES development, configuration, and customization
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL Server
- Experience in manufacturing processes (pharma / medical devices / discrete manufacturing)
- Integration experience with ERP, OPC, SCADA systems
