Job Description for Enterprise Agile Coach
Enterprise Agile Coach is responsible for driving organizational agility across the enterprise.
Candidate should be able to teach, facilitate and influence leadership, product management team and other stakeholders as they proceed on their Business Agility journey. This role focuses on enabling cultural transformation, improving business agility, and aligning delivery practices with strategic objectives.
Purpose and Primary Objectives:
* Provide consulting, coaching and training on various Business and IT Agility practices, DevOps to TCS customers
* Provide thought leadership and practical, hands-on solutions and support to the transformation program
Responsibilities:
Agile Transformation Leadership

Agile Transformation Leadership
* Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the enterprise Agile transformation roadmap and become a trusted advisor.
* Facilitate organizational change management to support Agile adoption at scale.
Coaching & Mentoring
Coach executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, DevOps principles, Al and related practices.
Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable Agile capabilities.
Supervise a team of culturally diverse and distributed team of 2 to 10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior level) depending on the engagement
Framework Implementation
* Guide the adoption of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile) tailored to organizational needs and provide hands-on support to across all levels in the customer's organization to help them adopt new operating model, Lean-Agile ways of working, modern engineering practices, DevOps, usage of Al, Gen Al, Agentic Al in Product Management and IT Delivery
* Ensure alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery practices.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPls) for Agile maturity and business outcomes.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.

•Act as a liaison between business and technology to foster transparency and shared accountability.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings on Agile topics.

Qualification:
1) Have 5 years of experience as Enterprise Agile coach or expert in Product Based Operating Model in the Banking and Financial Services industry in USA, coaching product owners, teams and leadership using scrum/Kanban and scaling frameworks such as SAFe LeSS etc.
2) Appreciate the depth of Organizational Agility and can help leadership, product management team and scrum teams to embrace the benefits of working in Agile way
3) Hands-on experience with SAFe implementation in Banks in the US
4). Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization acting in a leadership role /Managing Consultant /Client Program Manager
5) Good understanding of System thinking and Organizational behavior, Operating Models,
Organization Change Management
6) Have the ability to scale up and down hierarchy levels in organization to implement change
7) Experience in managing or leading transformation engagements in a globally distributed
8) Experience with organizational design, organizational impediments, coaching managers and others in the course of addressing impediments
9) Experience in Jira/or any other backlog management tools
10) Possess and demonstrate a collaborative, flexible, empathetic and curious attitude
