MBA Intern – Investor Intelligence & Capital Strategy
(Selective | Founder-Led | Psychology × Large-Behavior Models)
We are seeking an exceptional MBA intern to support investor intelligence and capital strategy for a founder-led company operating at the intersection of psychology, organizational science, and large behavior models.
This is not a generalist internship. It is designed for a candidate with top-tier academic training and strong judgment who enjoys deep research, pattern recognition, and precision thinking.
The Work
- Build highly curated investor lists (VCs, family offices, strategic capital) aligned with thesis, stage, and behavioral fit
- Research investor psychology, decision patterns, portfolio construction, and signaling dynamics
- Map capital networks and warm-intro pathways with rigor and discretion
- Maintain institutional-grade investor intelligence trackers
- Support capital strategy grounded in behavioral science and real-world fundraising dynamics
Who This Is For
- Current MBA candidate at a top global program (or equivalent pedigree)
- Strong interest in venture capital, organizational psychology, or applied behavioral science
- Exceptional research, synthesis, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail; low tolerance for sloppy thinking
- Comfortable working directly with a founder on ambiguous, high-stakes work
What Makes This Different
- Direct exposure to founder-level capital strategy
- Work informed by large behavior models, not generic market lists
- Emphasis on judgment, signal detection, and strategic fit over volume
- A serious, intellectually demanding environment
This role is best suited for someone who values depth over optics and wants real insight into how capital decisions are actually made.
