Endpoint Administrator 

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 12 month contract

Pay Rate: $20 - 25/HR


Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Endpoint Administrator I to support our endpoint modernization efforts. You’ll help expand our roadmap for tools like Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Authenticator, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to contribute to improving endpoint performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• • Administer, image, and deploy physical and virtual workstations
  • Support infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, and testing
  • Contribute to internal knowledge documentation
  • Process inventory for incoming/outgoing assets in ServiceNow
  • Own assigned tasks and tickets with a focus on quality and communication
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS)
  • Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and provide updates

Qualifications:

• • 1 year imaging experience (physical/virtual endpoints)
  • 1 year working with ticketing systems and SLAs
  • Experience with MDM platforms (Intune, Trellix, ManageEngine, Tanium) preferred
  • Familiarity with Active Directory administration
  • Intermediate support skills for Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and scripting for automation
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and AZ-900 certification preferred
