The ideal candidate will bring strong product design fundamentals, advanced Figma skills, AI/ML literacy, and portfolio work that demonstrates experience with AI design, conversational or voice interfaces, dashboards, web portals, or complex enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive AI-driven product experiences, including conversational interfaces, predictive features, personalization, and intelligent workflows.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Design for AI uncertainty, including failure states, fallback paths, confidence indicators, system transparency, and user control.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI stakeholders to understand constraints, shape scope, and align on tradeoffs.
Translate complex requirements and stakeholder input into clear, usable, and visually strong product experiences.
Support and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and scalable experience patterns.
Apply user-centered design principles to complex enterprise products, web portals, dashboards, and internal platforms.
Communicate design decisions clearly and professionally across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
3 years of UX Design, Product Design, or related experience.
At least one portfolio example involving AI design, conversational interfaces, voice interfaces, machine learning-driven experiences, predictive UX, personalization, or intelligent automation.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, limitations, and how they influence user experience.
Advanced Figma skills for prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
Strong background in interaction design, information architecture, user psychology, and design thinking.
Experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, web portals, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, internal tools, or analytics products.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and quickly absorb context.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Portfolio link required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing AI trust and transparency patterns.
Familiarity with data science concepts, APIs, model limitations, or model evaluation metrics.
Experience with design systems and component-based design.
Experience with enterprise, B2B SaaS, analytics, decision-support, or internal workflow products.
Background in Design, HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience.
