CRM Integration Specialist

• • Evaluate the current Zoho environment and create an improvement roadmap
  • Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, layouts, and integrations
  • Collaborate with project teams to estimate effort and timelines
  • Develop and execute testing plans for migrations and system changes
  • Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and processes
  • Support OBE leadership in reviewing, updating, and stabilizing the Zoho implementation
  • Ensure all solutions align with Zoho product standards and are supportable by Zoho enterprise support

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of hands on experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics
  • 3 years of experience customizing Zoho using Deluge scripting
  • 3 years of experience developing Zoho customizations using Java
  • Experience building XML files based on defined standards
  • Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation, monitoring, and reporting techniques
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using web services or similar architectures
