We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Project Manager to oversee products from concept to launch, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
(This is not a technical product role—it is hands-on project management for consumer goods and physical products.)
Position Overview:
The Product Project Manager will take full ownership of product life cycle, from production and packaging, to marketing and listings, through sales. The goal is to ensure that every detail is handled, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, assertive, organized, and strong at communication—someone who can push a project forward, solve problems, and keep everyone accountable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development timelines from manufacturing to launch
- Coordinate between production, design, logistics, marketing, and sales teams
- Track samples, packaging, print files, listing information, and inventory updates
- Ensure all product data, photos, copy, and marketing assets are completed on time
- Work closely with Amazon/e-commerce teams to prepare listings and product pages
- Identify roadblocks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain project trackers, deadlines, and communication across departments
- Ensure product quality, packaging accuracy, and compliance
- Keep leadership updated on status and progress

- 2 years of experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or related operations
