Wage Range: 1.20 - 1.30 per mile
General Description of Benefits: 1099 Position - No Benefits Available
This is an Independent Contractor OTR CMV driving position that may require staying out on the road for multiple days, depending on the drop-off locations.
Responsibilities:
- Drivers are responsible for the condition of each vehicle during transport and will be held accountable for any damages incurred during a trip.
- Must be on time for both pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Must complete and turn in all paperwork for payout.
Trip Details:
- Drivers are responsible for their own transportation to and from pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Drivers are responsible for food, lodging, and fuel while transporting with us. Tolls are reimbursed.
- Same-day pay may be available if all paperwork is accurate, submitted on time, and no accidents or damages occur during transport.
- All Trips originate in High Point, NC.
- We also offer referral bonuses and clean inspection bonuses to qualified drivers.
Job Requirements:
Driver Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR CMV driving experience within the last 3 years
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL. Passenger (P) endorsement preferred
- Relatively clean driving reports and employment history
- Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules and regulations
- Keep accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using the MOTIVE app — paper logs are not accepted.
- Must always act in a professional and courteous manner
- This is an Independent Contractor position — not a Company Driver or Owner/Operator role
- This is an OTR position — not Local or Regional
- Required to attend in-person Onboarding in High Point, NC
- Must take at least 1 load per month to remain active
