TeamOne in partnership with Artisan Family Brands is searching for an enthusiastic, motivated individual that enjoys working with people. As a Sales Designer, you will combine our passion for design with your natural sales abilities to create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, present customized solutions and guide them through the design and purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

· In home consultations that includes accurate measurements and site surveys.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their designs needs and preferences.

· Design customized closet and storage solutions using design software – training will be provided if needed.

· Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing.

· Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the client satisfaction.

· Provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations.

· Market yourself and the company to generate additional leads to homeowners and builders.

· Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely (for consultations and designs).

Required Qualifications:

· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience in sales, a plus if it’s in the closet design business.

· Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others get organized.

· Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.

· Proficiency with ClosetPro software, training is available.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

· Salary flat rate, $600 per week during the 30-day training period.

· Post Training Compensation: 100% commission-based pay structure.

· Commission Based Pay: Earnings are entirely performance-based, depending on how many leads the individual can manage and their overall drive and aggressiveness in pursing sales. The average commission is 10% of sales.

· Potential to make between $60K - $150K with commission & bonus structure.

· Gas Allowance Post Training: $20 gas allowance is provided for each company-generated lead assigned.

· Paid Friday each week!

· W2 position.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Acceptable background check.

· Acceptable pre-employment drug screen result.
