Key Responsibilities· Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems, software, and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives.
- Mentor and assist lower-tier technicians, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Analyze and resolve escalated service tickets with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or within an MSP environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Business-oriented mindset with an ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a strong plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technological trends.
- Problem-Solving & Project Management: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, with proven experience managing IT projects from inception to completion.

- This role requires the ability to work both in our office and at client sites, depending on client needs. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
- The candidate should be prepared for occasional travel to client locations and possess a valid driver's license.
